Tis' a sad day in Ellis County. Joey Dauben defending self proclaimed powerhouse super lawyer Mark Grifffin and threatening Ellis County with M.G. as a candidate for District Judge. Whats wrong will Rodney Pat is he to busy with his laundromat to pull this one off? But then again I should be worried, after all you finally picked a winner in that all important Ovilla race. All you guy's need to pull together and form the Fringe Party and really make fools of yourselves!

My Crim Pro professor told us at least once a week how unrealistic Law and Order was. Apparently NYPD Blue is exactly like real life though. Shows like CSI are completely changing the meaning of reasonable doubt in criminal cases. A prosecutor friend of mine once had a jury in a drug case fail to convict because there was no forensic evidence on the cocaine the guy sold to a cop. In every opening and closing she has to point out that forensic evidence is not conclusive and is not necessary to establish guilt. It is crazy.

Nottingham always had a few screws loose. It was apparent to everyone. Its a shame that it took this long, and these kinds of extreme incidents, to get him removed from the bench.

because the end result of liberalism is always to bring more liberals in to consolidate power. Sanctuary cities exist because people who seek sanctuary from the law usually tend to be both criminals and liberals.
