Try Secret Harbor vacation condos in St Thomas, Virgin Islands. The lower beachfront condos do just what you want- walk out the door and onto the beach. Nice beach and the snorkeling is awesome in the very still, protected cove. We stayed there a few years back and loved it. There are some others similar on St Thomas.
