I just wanted to know if anyone has some good ideas for a elegant beach wedding. It is going to be in July and i need some help on Ideas. any ideas from decor. to the reception. We are going to rent out a beach house and have it right next to the beach. I need some help please!!

Why don’t you get a wedding planner. He or she will take the load of your shoulder. I live in Oregon but don’t know exactly where is where, god luck. ohhhh….. congradulations on the engagment

Beach weddings look beautiful if you keep them simple.
There are many online stores offering beach theme wedding accessories. Since you are in Oregon and not on a tropical beach, I would suggest using shells, floating candles, even a bowl with fish in it (or a tank) can add life to a ceremony.
Brighten the setting with flowers for your guests and use plenty of tulle for a soft and luxurious look.

true, so true.Next wedding question: how do you (if you do) suggest to brides that they are in CHURCH and that their dresses need to have some degree of modesty? The trend in strapless bridal gowns has led to some boobs aplenty in the sanctuary; and now I have had a mother of the bride with a dress in danger of spilling the goods! Clearly I am going to say SOMETHING from now on, but I would love your take on what/how/when…[I'd say just let them dress the way they want to. I don't think God is offended by boobs, and it strikes me as unnecessarily involved to comment on their attire. Half the guests are going to show up in High Hootchie Mama anyway, so let it go. That's what formal wear looks like now. - PB]

Surfside is such a quaint Town- I know that progress requires change and change is not always for the best. Here, several yars later, several prominent developers gone-by… There seems to be little progress with the BEACH HOUSE. Yes, the former Beach House Hotel is gone and the site is almost leveled. Any news of who the new developer might be?
I sure would love to know!!! We get at least 5 serious inquiries each month from potential buyers the world over.
