The vast majority of people that get married still decide to have the older and more traditional ceremony just as they do with their wedding photo album. Etiquette tells us to place the bride alone on the first page of the photo album; another link to the past when her mother probably had the same honor. Photos of the bride and groom in a spectacular setting are often very similar to those in the photo albums of their parents.
Next comes a picture of the entire wedding party all dressed up for the occasion; they will be placed next in the wedding photo album. The party is normally close friends and relations that play an active part during the ceremony like the father of the bride, the best man, page boys and bridesmaids. The bride has a picture with her attendants just as her mother did so many years before.
The next two sections are those reserved for the groom and his family and then the bride and her family. Mention must be made to modern wedding photo albums which are as equally decorated as those of the past with elaborate covers and beautifully laid presentation pages inside. Wedding photo albums are normally elaborate to complement the ceremony itself with elaborate covers that tend to be in white. Although the beauty of the wedding album will certainly impress people so will the way in which the images have been displayed inside so as to create maximum effect. Of course while the tangible album is still popular, that does not mean the wedding photographer and modern technology have not tried to provide an equivalent by allowing the photos to be placed on a cd rom and on dvd’s as well. can hold hundreds of images.
If guests want to have a copy, they can have all the images and not just their favorite few; these can be stored in presentation boxes for later viewing as a digital wedding photo album. Just as easy as looking at these images on a TV, people can print off copies whenever they want. As modern technology allows even the newer digital photo frames will become more commonplace, where photos like this can be viewed at random.

For my Dad's 80th bday my sister contacted a whole bunch of his friends from over the years to help her make a scrapbook. She sent each of them the page to be completed and then left it up to them what to put on it. I assume you've seen the "scrap booking" books, with the writing/stickers etc.. along with the pictures.
People wrote little stories about something involving our Dad and put pictures in that none of us had seen before. Other than my sister nobody saw the whole thing until the party.
The finished project was a HUGE hit.
It takes awhile to find all the people, get everything sent out and back – if your tight on time this probably won't work.
