Beach wedding locations in San Diego?

by admin on March 10, 2010

Any suggestions in San Diego for places to get married near the beach?
So far I have done research and found http://www.beachweddingsd.com/san-diego-locations.php but was wondering if a San Diego resident had any other less-known sites?

Mission Beach is a good place, they have a lot of room and it works out great. One of my buddies just got married down there.

Take a look at the suggestions at this site: http://www.sandiego-romantics.com/wedding-sites.html. These recommendations are all outdoor locations.

Many of the coastal cities have parks that overlook the ocean where couples can get married. Check out the cities of Coronado, Del Mar, and LaJolla. A really popular site is the Wedding Bowl in LaJolla for smaller weddings. It overlooks LaJolla Cove and is one of the most scenic sites.

1. Once there its sorted and placed into the correct shipping detail..

2. After that its off to Tennessee.

3. The time depends on how it was shipped, it can take 1 day or 7 days..

1. No, San Diego is an hour south of me and it is not "tropical".

2. Yes, Bora Bora is on the map.

As a lifetime San Diego resident (living nearby as a child when the USD campus began to be built in the early 1950s) I have long admired the architectural ambiance of the place. The consistant style was iniated by Bishop Charles F. Buddy, the first bishop of the San Diego diocese, whose oil portrait hangs, unlabled, in the foyer outside Founders Chapel. One may assume that he is the founder referred to. I have been told that the chapel itself is more or less a copy of the chapel in the Vatican where the College of Cardinals meets to elect popes.

Anyone know any budget wedding locations in San Diego? We’re looking at Mt Woodsen, Wild Animal Park, etc. Budget of $15,000 for everything.

I checked a book written by a friend of mine entitled “Native Plants Torrey Pines State Reserve & Nearby San Diego Locations” Our Pickleweed is also Fenus Salicornia virginia. It is Family Chenopodiaceae or Goosefoot family another common name for it is Glasswort.

i had a smell of carbon dioxide instead of regular oxygen that day while watching the f-18s but those jets who are witnessing these things would shoot them down.

may your life together be as filled with laughter and good humor as the start of your marriage life, but may it be full of GOOD luck also :)
